Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Server.

Ok it's getting close to the time of Modern Warfare 2's release. We have to start discussing servers.

Do we want to jump right on board with the new game or wait a while and what are the pros and cons to each?

I'm sure that the new server will cost a lot more and the old one may even drop in price. We can not afford both. I can look to see if there are any early bird type specials so that we can try to get close to our current price which is paid for.

What do you guys think?

i think we should maybe wait a bit and see what others think about the game and stuff before we jump to anything. Plus im not sure everyone has the cash on hand right now to buy the game (at least i dont lol). But thats what i think anyways lol.

I say we take Modern Warfare 2 out for a test run and decide what to do afterward. So far, I have faith in IW and a good feeling from what I've seen of the videos. My guess is that we'll end up dropping the old server and setting up an MW2 right after our test run.

My vote is to see how the game fairs first adn make sure that it isn't a bomb, then after a whiel\\le we can see, unless you find some insanely good limited time deal.

I'm pretty much on the same mind as you guys. I'd prefer to wait unless waiting will cost us more. If not then we wait and see.

As long as there is no drastic changes from COD4 (I'm looking at you riot shield) this will easily be it's replacement.
