A new service was just announced called OnLive. Basically, you can play any PC or console game on any PC, Intel Mac, or Your Television. everyone should watch these videos.

I'll need to see it in action before we start talking price.
Once a lot of people start using it, the ISPs are really going to start putting caps on bandwidth. It's a great idea in theory, but I have my doubts about if they can actually get it to work.

People already have enough lag issues when running games locally. Sure a lot of that lag can be FPS drops but there are network issues. I myself have comcast and they LOVE to pull my plug whenever I use to much of their valuable connection. I have network dropouts all the time just playing COD4 and WaW.

yeah i've been following its development for the last year ( i knows some special people :P ) i really do have high hopes for this piece of equipment and i think its will revolutionise gaming. Apparently it will be selling for $3-500 but thats only a rumour around the net.
