Ventrilo Problem

Hi. For all of those who don't know me. (Which is, I think, everyone) my name is Howler. I used to play as Mr.Blade. Some of you may know me from the UrT |AK| Clan. I know Sammbamm, she is a good friend of mine.

Anyway, now to my problem.

Sammy wanted me to get on Vent with you guys and get to know you. So the next day (Today) I downloaded it, put in the info, and got in. Then the lights went up, but I couldn't hear anything. ||SS|| Nightmare and dkadar tried to help, but with no avail. My problem is this; I can open Vent and connect, and you guys can hear me, but, I can't hear you. Everything works fine because I went to a TeamSpeaker server to check and everything worked fine.

Check your inbound settings on vent

I did, still not working. I use Vista, and run as admin, still not working.

I got Vista myself and always works. If you are on Push To Talk and your in game while your trying to talk it wont work so. You may have to turn that off and have it on all the time.

If its no that then I don't know. I re-install but you've done that.

Yes so maybe if he has a USB headset AND an audio card, they may not be playing nice together with Ventrilo. Vent may be looking in the wrong place for the audio out

That may be the answer Hand_O_Death. However if it was one of my computers i probally breack it.
