I was wondering what the actual map cycle is for the COD4 server? I know a few of what maps come after what but not the whole setup.

Let me look at the config file. The current map cycle for Team Deathmatch is as follows:
broadcast
backlot
bloc
bog
convoy
countdown
crash
crossfire
cargoship
farm
overgrown
pipeline
showdown
strike
carentan
vacant

so alphabetical with chinatown thrown in at the bottom to screw up the order.

so alphabetical with chinatown thrown in at the bottom to screw up the order. Yes if by first letter only the second letters are all out of order :p...
Anyway two are missing from the list
Full map list in Alphabetic Order:
Backlot
Bloc
Bog
Broadcast
Carentan
Cargoship
Citystreets
Convoy
Countdown
Crash
Creek
Crossfire
Farm
Overgrown
Pipeline
Showdown
Strike
Vacant
And of course Killhouse and Shipment are not in the cycle (but with few enough people on the server these can be fun :D I was one on one with a friend once so I changed it to shipment. As soon as the map is finished the server pics up the map cycle where you left off.)
So creek is always before bloc. When does district/citystreets show up? I want to hang a list on my wall so I always know what map to expect next.
broadcast
backlot
creek
bloc
bog
convoy
countdown
crash
crossfire
cargoship
farm
overgrown
pipeline
showdown
strike
carentan
vacant
citystreets?

This is what I remember Creek and Chinatown were taken out. When people complained about Creek being out, DrH said he would add it back but then China town would be put back too. When I was on last night about 50% (if not more) of the people playing were complaining they hated chinatown and wanted me to change it.

well China is in there because I love me some Urban enviorments and that is one of the only multi level urban levels.
so China stays because I like it :P

Lol sorry about that. I just copied and pasted the rotation from the .cfg then I just realized it was an older config file from before I added Creek back into the rotation.
I actually got pretty good scores in killhouse but that map and shipment basically turned into spamfests so were taken out. I hate Creek but really like Chinatown, Creek is proabably the top sniper map and Chinatown is not so I can see why certain people love one but hate the other. I guess having both on the rotation works because everyone is happy and pissed lol.
Broadcast, Chinatown, Killhouse, and Creek being the new maps were not part of the original rotation so when they were added to the server I just tossed them in different spots without thinking of the alphabetical path since I didn't want them bunched together. I know this can drive people nuts so I just redid the order to the alphabetical one Sven listed.
Backlot
Bloc
Bog
Broadcast
Carentan
Cargoship
Citystreets
Convoy
Countdown
Crash
Creek
Crossfire
Farm
Overgrown
Pipeline
Showdown
Strike
Vacant
