if you dont know how hit the Print Screen button next to Scroll lock

then go in to paint and Press Ctrl+V

and save it as a png or it will come out crappy

then upload it to

www.tinypic.com

or www.photobucket.com

or attach it here if you can.

yeah i heard of those animated backgrounds. they might lag your computer a little but i guess if you have a really good setup... it wouldn't do anything :P

depends on your card and if its tiled but it might lag like shit if you dont have a good decent computer..
