Nitemare_SS has some runescape videos he made. Take a look at some of them. Suicide Soldiers Clan Wars. Some of them have bad graphics (hypercam) while the newer have pretty good quality graphics since Nitemare used (FRAPS).

i dont like fraps, u have to buy for more then 30 seconds of video, on the other hand hypercam is howeverlong u want, ive tested some with fraps, i do like that u dont have to have a mic for sound =/

dude there's ways to get fraps for free... look it up on youtube.
