Alright, I have been in the beta for a few days now and so far it is pretty kick assery.
beta is only coop an TDM

TDM is pretty straing forward, pick from new and old guns pick a grenaned and species, pick a "Berserker power" (Read: special power when powered up for limited time, I.E. Take less damage, give out more damage, invisible, yada yada yada)
Coop is sweet, 3 classes
Medic - Can heal teamates in a 360degree diameter of him, and can "leach" health from bad guys from a distance with a laser like gun

Recon - A sniper like setup with a secondary electro ball to take out machines and resupplies team with ammo

Heavy - Chainfed gatlin gun and shotgun, he can deploy a movable 1 way shield (limited by ammo)

So best usually strategy is a Recon and Medic hook up with a Heavy. Heavy delpoys shield which they all stand behind and shoot through, Medic heals the group while Recon gives ammo to the heavy to keep the shield up.
If you "Die" you fall for a 30 secnd respawn to the same place, others can jump on you and revive you without having to stop sooting to speed up the revive time, in coop if all die before someone respawns, the game is over, so if your the last one standing, hide until others pop back to ife.
Pretty fun. Like LBP you can have a "Party group" so like if Dr.H and I hooked up to Reign,, he could pick a coop game for us (8 play max coop) or TDM but if he jumps to another game we automatically follow him. Nice idea.
I also notices a Clan Group tab, but was unable to do anything with it yet, proabably because it is still in Beta.
Anyways so far its a sweet game, even though there is only one map released for the Beta so far.
Reccomended for anyone with a PS3 to get this game when it comes out.
