Help with Vent plz?

Unless you guys in the WoW room at Vent could hear me earlier :p I need help with voice input. I didn't seem to be able to transfer voice and settings didn't do me any good. :cry:

Mic works, wasn't muted, was set as voice input but alas. :cry:

when you go to setup and test your mic can you hear yourself in the playback alright?

In Windows ctrl panel yes, Vent no :(

you're using vista, thats what youre doing wrong

mess around with the input device and input options sections and see if you get anything to work,
if the headset is USB, it has its own sound card, but if you have oter sound cards and drivers on the computer, sometimes that confuses Vent, and no it is not VIstas fault.
