Halo movie ??

:eek: A buddy caught up with me and was asking if I hade seen the new halo movie screen shots’ thought he was jest pulling my chain, he knows I love starship and most all sci fi .but he sent me a link with the halo movie ?? We’ll I was hooked I hade to see it . It’s not bad not real but not bad

Did a bit of looking ad the movie was going to be made but after a lot of story change it looks to be canceled
it be a cool movie but you have to start from the start telling the full story that’s ok if you sponsors will put out the cash to do more thin one film and 9-10 time not going to happen halo was a good game and if ,it get into the right hands it could be a good movie .it's jest like Ghost in the shell ,it's in production but I don’t think I’m going to hold my breath

It would be hard to pull Halo off at the level of sci-fi tech it would need to look real and convincing. I'm betting they are worried a film that is anything but a blockbuster will hurt their game biz.

I'm interested in seeing how the other game movies that are suppose to be in or coming to production will be.

Silent Hill 2 - The first was ok.
Castlevania - Didn't know this was being made until Hand told me. It should be out next year.
Prince of Persia - Some big money going into it so should be ok.
Far Cry - Crap production and B actors leads to crap movie..
Max Payne - I got to admit I like the game and Mark Walberg tends to grow on you even if you can't forget him rapping in his underwear.. I'll still go see it this fall.

Gears of War and Bioshock Who knows with these two..

Halo has been active and shelved like 4 times already so who knows, May Payne looks alright, kind of Constantine meets Lethal Weapon like from the trailers.

Bioshock could be cool.

But it still needs to be done right. I liked Resident Evil, Tomb Raider was very much like te games, so it can be done.

Anyone ever play the Chronicles of Riddick game?
