I have STALKER it's based of the book Roadside Pick Nick.. loosely based. It was a fun game though it was way to spread out causing you to run all over the place forever and you get tired doing it so you have to drink energy drinks or eat bread and meat.

It was kind of faulted in that you could pick up all the guns, ammo and weapons you need off of dead bodies so earning money from the side jobs was kind of pointless..

The ending blew big time! But all in all a decent shooter game.

Don't get me wrong :p the idea of the game was real cool and the fact the weapons and armor degraded over time was neat and there was a good selection of guns in the game. I plan on buying the second game/prequel as soon as it comes out which is Sept 6th. I'm hoping they fix a few things and give us a vehicle this time lol.

Ye I heard that the new game Boarderlands has over Half a MILLION weapons. The developers don't even know all of them, they made a program that can randomly generate where and when guns are, but what they look like and have on them. I think their is a degradation thing as well.

There are more then one ending... You have to actually get one of the good ones.

You probably went to the "wish granter" and got one of the bad endings. There is a better ending then that.

Another good thing about STALKER was that its almost completely built out of lua scripts so you can edit just about anything in the game if you know what you are doing. I added a few of my own guns (sadly no skins) like a glock 18 and an ak47 using sounds from CSS. I also downloaded a repair mod that lets you keep your guns and armor in decent shape for a price.

Doing different things, like the one with the coins falling is because you had alot of money in the game, youtube it its fun and cool.

It depends on how you played the game. If you have a lot of money you wish to be rich. There is a list somewhere (http://guides.gamepressure.com/stalker/guide.asp?ID=2667). If you find the door out of there instead of going to the wish granter there are two more possible endings, and more game play. The "best" ending extends the game quite a bit actually.
