but my Personal opinion on the mater is, if you find the server empty and someone else to agree to do it with you go ahead, but when an outside person or a member tht does not want to do you enters, then you got to stop. but like I said if its empty and you find willing people go for it.

I would say no myself and agree with Hand.
It is up to the CoD4 server Admins.
To get any game changes you'll need at least a 4 out of 6 vote.
