Well I have no idea what "fagits" is. But as Hand said fags = cigarettes and faggert = homosexual.
Oh and I suppose faggerts or fags' would be the plural version, to mean homosexual that is.

Well what do you call Meat Balls?

If by meat balls you mean the body part all males are (most likely) born with, then we just simpley say 'Balls'.

As for the food, which I personally love, they're just called meat balls.
