I was bored and I was thinking about COD4 VS MW2. As well of thinking about COD4 maps I would love to play MW2 on and the strategies I would use I got to thinking about perks and the exactly what the changes were made... So I made a little chart.

So...
Two blue perks stayed perks, of these one was turned pro, and one was moved to yellow.
Three red perks stayed red perks and two were moved to blue, one of which had it's idea overhauled into a new perk. Two more had their format changed.
Two Yellow perks stayed yellow, of these one was turned pro, and two more yellow perks were combined into one with the pro version. One was moved to blue. One removed and two had their formats changed.
Of course some of the base perks have also been updated:
Marathon VS Extreme Conditioning: Marathon lets you run forever where EC only let you run twice as far
SitRep VS Bomb Squad: SitRep allows you to see the actually explosive and not just the danger indicator, the viewing range is also higher and you see grenades as well
Cold Blooded VS UAV Jammer: Cold blooded also adds invisibility to thermal and anything thermal based, IE sentry guns and air support.
Last Stand: Now lets you crawl, and pro lets you use equipment, (yay for marty last stand)
Double Tap: now rapid fire, only available on SMGs
C4 and Claymores get 1 and not 2
Deep Impact: now FMJ attachment.
RPG: now equipment
Juggernaut and Martyrdom: now death streaks

Personally I like all these changes but the move of sleight of hand from red to blue. I would gladly give up a red slot for sleight of hand to be on some of my classes. Two of my perk combos from 4 are no longer possible. Bandoleer+SOH+DeadSilence and BombSquad+UAVJammer+DeadSilence however I like Bomb Squads move to Yellow. This new setup allows for some deadly combination, you can have an SMG with scavenger pro, stopping power, and rapid fire. Hmmmmm I've actually yet to try out this combination...
I also think that bandoleer should have an equipment counter-part for those who want extra ammo over the other equipment but do not want to dedicate their blue perk to scavenger, maybe have it give you a little less ammo such as two mags instead of the three scavenger pro does.
